Woosong U (Korea) & St. Cloud U - Master of Arts in TESOL program   is a 1+2? arrangement: 15 credits at Woosong U in Daejon are then transferred to St. Cloud U. You take 5 more classes and do a thesis. The first yr. has to be done at Woosong, after that, online from anywhere in the world in less than 2 yrs. Result = an accredited degree from St. Cloud U in Minnesota.
